Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") govern your use of the 6kwin website and all related services, including casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, and any other features made available on the platform. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 6kwin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform. 6kwin reserves the right to request documentation to verify any of these conditions at any time.

• 2You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party or business entity.
• 3You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion period, voluntary ban, or account suspension imposed by 6kwin or any affiliate platform. Attempting to register or access the platform during an active exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
• 4You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• 5You must be located in a jurisdiction where use of online casino and sports betting services is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the lawfulness of your participation in online gaming in your location.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the 6kwin platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using the same device, same mobile number, same payment method, or the same identity — are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 6kwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted from your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 6kwin support immediately.

• 1You must register using your own valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This number will serve as your login credential and will be used for SMS verification. Registration using a temporary, virtual, or third-party mobile number is prohibited.
• 2All deposits to and withdrawals from your 6kwin account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not accepted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• 36kwin may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document and may include proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 6kwin support may result in withdrawal delays.
• 4You must notify 6kwin immediately if you change your registered mobile number, primary payment wallet, or any other account information. 6kwin accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep account information current and accurate.

Deposits and Withdrawals

6kwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 6kwin does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts, credit facilities used as a funding source for gambling, or cryptocurrency wallets.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC). Once KYC is verified and a withdrawal request is approved, funds are returned to the same payment wallet or card used to make the original deposit. 6kwin does not redirect withdrawals to different payment accounts as a standard process; requests to withdraw to an alternative method are handled on a case-by-case basis by support and may require additional verification.

• 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating payment account.
• 2The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this minimum will be rejected and may be resubmitted once the balance meets the threshold.
• 36kwin does not charge fees on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Card transactions (Visa/Mastercard) may be subject to fees imposed by the card issuer, which are outside 6kwin's control. The amount credited to your casino balance is the net amount received by 6kwin after any third-party processing fees.
• 4In the event of a suspected fraudulent transaction, payment error, or chargeback, 6kwin reserves the right to freeze the associated account pending investigation. Any balances linked to confirmed fraudulent transactions will be voided and funds may be subject to recovery action.

Bonuses and Promotions

6kwin may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry timelines. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• 1Bonus funds are credited to your account as a separate balance from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Standard wagering requirements are stated on each individual promotion page.
• 2One active bonus per player at any given time. You may not activate a second bonus while wagering requirements from a previous bonus remain outstanding. Attempting to circumvent this rule by creating additional accounts is a prohibited activity under these Terms.
• 36kwin reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings if there is evidence that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent activity, exploitation of a technical error, collusion, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• 4Promotional offers are available to residents of Bangladesh only. 6kwin may restrict bonus availability based on deposit method, account status, or other eligibility criteria applied at the platform's discretion.
• 5Bonuses have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and sports betting markets on 6kwin use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed real-world events to determine outcomes. Game results are final once the round or event is settled. 6kwin does not accept disputes regarding game outcomes where the result was produced by a properly functioning game engine or settled correctly by the platform's sports data provider.

For live sports betting, odds are subject to change up to and including the moment a bet is placed. 6kwin reserves the right to void bets placed after an event result is known (late bets), or where odds were published in error due to a technical fault or data feed failure.

• 1It is the player's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before placing a wager. 6kwin is not liable for bets lost, games disconnected, or sessions interrupted due to network issues on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game in a live casino session, the platform's recorded game state will be used to determine the outcome.
• 2Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface before you place a wager. 6kwin may adjust limits at any time. The limits in effect at the time a bet is placed are the limits that apply to that bet.

• 4Players may not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform in a manner not intended for human play. Use of such tools constitutes a prohibited activity and will result in immediate account termination.

Prohibited Activities

• 4Chargebacks and fraudulent payment disputes — initiating a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or mobile wallet provider for deposits that were correctly received and credited by 6kwin.
• 5Use of automated tools — employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an advantage not available through normal human gameplay.

Account Suspension and Termination

6kwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, provision of false or misleading account information, failure to complete KYC within a requested timeframe, or a request from a law enforcement authority.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (voluntary closure), any remaining balance net of pending bonus wagering will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard KYC checks. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6kwin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. 6kwin makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players where practicable.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the 6kwin platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Any bets placed or transactions made before the effective date of an amendment remain subject to the version of the Terms in effect at that time.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted standards for online gaming operations. In the event of a dispute between you and 6kwin, you agree to first contact the 6kwin support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution informally. 6kwin aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause restricts your statutory consumer rights where applicable under the laws of your jurisdiction.
